What level of access does d-lens have to my account? +
d-lens runs on read-only access. It cannot edit campaigns, change budgets, create or delete ads in your account. The system analyzes and recommends — the decision and the execution are always yours.
Don't the platform AIs already optimize? +
Google's and Meta's AIs optimize bids, targeting and budget allocation — but they do it inside the limits of one platform. d-lens reads across platforms: an anomaly on one channel is evaluated alongside an opportunity on another. The platform AIs also won't tell you "pause this account" or "shift your budget" — d-lens produces an action roadmap at that level.
What data do you access? +
Campaign, ad group, keyword and ad performance metrics, conversion data and account structure. We don't access payment info, personal data or customer lists.
How do I revoke access? +
You can revoke d-lens access in one click from the security settings of the relevant platform, anytime.
How does the launch partner program work? +
d-lens is currently in a pre-launch application phase. Share your application; the cohort is selected based on account fit at the end of the application window. Selected brands get d-lens for free, direct founder-line access, priority on the product roadmap, and grandfather pricing at general launch. You will hear from us either way.
